CIVIL PROCESS

Civil Process, the serving of civil summonses, subpoenas, motions, warrants, writs, family matters paperwork, small claims, money judgments, and landlord-tenant paperwork, as well as all other forms of civil paperwork, is served in accordance with State of Maine law by the Civil Division of the Sagadahoc County Sheriff's Department.

Any individual wishing Process served or needing more information can reach the Civil Division located at the Sagadahoc County Courthouse, 752 High Street in Bath, by calling 207-443-8201 X 130.

is incomplete or is not accompanied by a check. In addition
to original paperwork, which will be signed by our Deputy
and returned to you for filing with the Court, we need a
copy (s) to serve on the defendant(s). We cannot make copies
for you and we are not allowed by Law to give you legal
