 Welcome to the West Bath Innovative Neighborhood Solutions or W.I.N.S. Group web site! We are a community based group that meets as needed to solve issues that face our town.

W.I.N.S. (West Bath Innovative Neighborhood Solutions) is citizens partnering with law enforcement to make West Bath a safer place in which to live and work.

Founded in 1995, W.I.N.S. has many accomplishments under its belt. Here are just a few:

1. Redesigned intersection at New Meadows and State Road.

2. Flashing school warning signs for the elementary school.

3. Successful state legislation aimed at teen smoking.

4. Local false alarm ordinance.

5. Kid Care Kits for all West Bath students.

6. Drug Recognition Nights for parents.

7. Benefit dances for sixth graders.

If this sounds interesting and you want to help YOUR town, our meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month (as needed) at the West Bath Town Hall (downstairs) at 7:00 P.M. All our meetings are open to the public. We welcome newcomers! Your comments and suggestions are very welcome! We hope to see you there!
